This is a blog for the EDEN conference 2008 in Lisbon. It is a pilot project for those on site and virtual participants to share the conference experience. This year we are evaluating participants' reactions to this venture!
If you would like to be added to the blog as an author ...
... you have to have a google account. But if you just want to comment on the blog entries, you don't. We have suggested that those interested in authoring go for 'gmail', because it automatically has a google account attached to it. Even if you set up a gmail account you don't have to use it though.
This is by no means intended as a promotion for gmail ;-)

IMPORTANT
As wireless access is limited to the foyer of the conference centre in Lisbon we strongly recommend that if you are blogging with us, you use your word processor to write your blogpost, for example, during a presentation, and that you then copy and paste it into the blog as soon as you are back in the foyer and have Internet access!

Where can you upload your contributions to the EDEN blog?
If you've volunteered to blog the EDEN Lisbon conference, you will be able to upload your blogs at the conference.
Since there is no wireless connection from the presentation rooms, you will need to write you blog entries in a word processor and transfer them to the blog when you go back into the foyer.
